We know that the future of the planet depends on environmental solutions that guarantee gains for the environment, society and entrepreneurs. Solving this equation, however, requires a genuinely specialized perspective on environmental law, customer-by-customer. We have a team inspired by the plurality of the environment and able to deal with all possible environmental issues, whether in the advisory sphere or in litigation (judicial or administrative).
Our firm was founded in 2020 by the lawyers Heloisa Verri Paulino Gomes and Adriana de Paiva Corrêa, who have two decades of recognized experience in the field, including internationally, having been cited in this period by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, Who is Who and Best Lawyers. Before this merger of expertise, both followed successful careers, acting as leaders in environmental teams at the most renowned law firms in São Paulo, and in the most varied economic sectors.

Heloisa has over 20 years of experience as a legal advisor in Environmental Law for large companies, having carried out environmental due diligences for legal compliance and risks analysis in corporate, finance and real estate operations, mainly in the industrial, mining, energy, agricultural, civil construction, infrastructure and forestry sectors.
She has expertise in complex litigation involving contaminated areas, especially protected areas, environmental accidents, waste management and licensing.
She participated directly in the negotiation and drafting of the Federal Lamps Sector Agreement.
She was appointed to the Environmental Superior Council of the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP) in 2011, remaining as a Board Member until 2017.
She was a guest speaker at the São Paulo State Attorney General’s School in the specialization course in Environmental Law.
She is the author of articles published in specialized books and magazines. Her experience is internationally recognized by publications such as The Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, Who is Who and Best Lawyers, which indicates Heloisa as one of the leaders in the practice of Environmental Law in Brazil.

Adriana has over 15 years of experience in Environmental Law. She worked in the environmental area of big law firms, participating directly in large corporate transactions and in judicial and administrative claims considered leading cases. She also has experience in the public sector, having worked in the legal department of the Environmental Company of the State of São Paulo (CETESB).
She has extensive experience in environmental due diligences, lawsuits and administrative proceedings involving various topics of environmental and mining law.
She has large experience in carrying out legal compliance audits, working on site with technical consultants.
She is the author of articles published in specialized books and magazines on the most varied environmental topics. She was a guest speaker at the Center for Industries of the State of São Paulo (CIESP) to carry out a training cycle on the management of contaminated areas.
